Changing Seasons
“Changing Seasons” is exactly about what you think it is. We often relate the changing seasons to big changes or shifts in our life, and we even refer to specific milestones in our life as “seasons.” This summer I find so much peace and clarity running on the trail near my house. It felt freeing to run down a path, and choose a different turns, sometimes knowing what was ahead and sometimes not knowing.
This whole year has been a completely unknown path for the entire world. We have all been forced down this path together into the unknown and it can be scary. But just like any change, there is always growth. I know I have grown a TON during this year alone. I was able to complete 2 collections that are unlike anything I have ever created and I know it was because of this big change.
How have you changed during this “Season”? Have you changed for the better? Have you grown closer to the things that mattered? Have you needed extra help than you expected?
I love the symbolism nature always shows me in our lives and I wanted to give this painting new life with a well known symbol of change.
