This painting brings me right back to when my baby girl was tiny and we would set her in her swing while I prepped bottles, pumped, froze my milk, cleaned the kitchen, cooked meals, and made my house homey and beautiful with flower arrangements. Making a home is about coming back to a stressful, busy, sleepless time and making your house a place of comfort again instead of chaos. I have always loved filling my home with beautiful things wether it be flowers, art, hand painted wallpaper, and simple home decor. We take for granted a beautiful home when we are in the midst of a trial or a stressful time and it is a good reminder that we go through life in seasons. Sometimes it is a messy season, and sometimes it is a resetting/beatifying season.
