Shine Through The Gloom

“Shine Through The Gloom” (Original) Triptych oil on canvas
The idea for this painting stemmed from 3 different stages in life; grief, peace, and elation or joy. I wanted each painting to connect but I also wanted them to have completely different vibes and feelings to be able to stand alone. Because usually when we are going through these feelings they truly do feel like they need their own space when we experience them. This is how I often view different feelings during a big trial, or during a big change in life.
Especially right now we have experienced the grief/fear/change at the beginning of the spread of Covid-19. Currently I feel like I am in the second stage of being content and at peace. I have faith in scientists, doctors, local leaders, and in God that we are headed towards the end of this trial. We will soon be experiencing that Joy and Elation when we can be with our Families the same way without fear or paranoia.
Each of these paintings are oil on 100% cotton canvas. They are all framed in a natural maple wood floater frame. The paintings can be bought as an entire Triptych or you can purchase them individually. I designed them to be together or to stand alone. As an artist I am happy displaying them either way.
Each canvas measures 18” x 24” and .5'“ deep. with the frame they measure at 19” x 25” and 1.5” deep. All artwork comes ready to frame with framing D rings and wire hardware placed on the back by yours truly.
All oil paintings have been varnished with a UV protective varnish that keeps safe from fading, dust, or damage. All originals will receive a certificate of authenticity written and signed by me.
