Creating Peace - Part 2
When I was going through vintage frames that I had sourced I found, inside of one of the frames, this gorgeous velvety floral paper. I nearly screamed in excitement in my little studio when I found it. And for some reason I knew immediately I wanted to paint on it. I had painted so many versions of “creating Peace” at this point, and I had finally figured it out that I knew I wanted to paint it again because I simply wasn’t over this concept. I love creating multiple versions of paintings because we are all more complicated than just one image. If I had time to create a hundred or more of the same concept I might do it. Except that my brain might move on with new ideas before my heard does.
Anyway, I hope you love this new iteration of “Creating Peace” and I can’t express enough how grateful I am with how this collection has been received with so much love.
